A quick and easy pasta is made with flavourful pepperoni. A creamy sauce seasoned with dried herbs perfectly complements the pepperoni. Green peppers adds heartiness to the dish.

Pasta:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 2 pepper; 2 pkgchorizo; 0.5 tbspoil; 0.5-1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried oregano; white wine vinegar; 1 pkgcream + a splash of water
In addition:: approx. 400 g pasta; 1 tbspoil; 2 pkgpasta cheese

Serve the sauce and pasta separately.

Bring a pot of water to the boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Rinse and slice the pepper.

Slice the chorizo into strips.

Cook the pasta in salted water about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and toss with a little oil.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the onion, pepper and chorizo to the pan. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes.

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, dried oregano and white wine vinegar. Continue cooking briefly.

Pour the cream into the pan, rinse the carton with water and add the water as well. Bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes.

Serve the chorizo pasta immediately. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top.
