- Pasta:
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic clove
- 2 pepper
- 2 pkgchorizo
- 0.5 tbspoil
- 0.5-1 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgdried oregano
- white wine vinegar
- 1 pkgcream + a splash of water
- In addition:
- approx. 400 g pasta
- 1 tbspoil
- 2 pkgpasta cheese
Serve the sauce and pasta separately.
- 1Bring a pot of water to the boil for the pasta.
- 2Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Rinse and slice the pepper.
- 3Slice the chorizo into strips.
- 4Cook the pasta in salted water about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and toss with a little oil.
- 5Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the onion, pepper and chorizo to the pan. Fry, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes.
- 6Season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, dried oregano and white wine vinegar. Continue cooking briefly.
- 7Pour the cream into the pan, rinse the carton with water and add the water as well. Bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes.
- 8Serve the chorizo pasta immediately. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top.
