- Salmon:
- 1 pkgsalmon
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbspoil
- Sauce:
- 1 pkggochujang paste
- 2 pkgsesame oil
- 2 pkgsoya sauce
- 1 bagsesame seeds
- 1 chili
- 1 pkgGreen beans
- In addition:
- 1 pkgnoodles
- 1 lime
Cook this recipe first.
- 1Bring salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
- 2Pat the fish dry with kitchen paper and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- 3Meanwhile, remove the woody ends from the beans and cut in half.
- 4Remove the fish from the pan and add the Turkish beans, Gochujang sauce (spicy!), sesame seeds, finely chopped chili, soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan. Heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- 5Add the egg noodles and heat through over high heat. Season with freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and pepper if desired.
- 6Serve the fried fish fillets with spicy sesame noodles. Enjoy!
