This recipe makes an everyday lifesaver: chicken pasta. The ready-made sweet chili sauce makes seasoning easy, while the peppers add extra heartiness to the dish.

Pasta:: 1 onion; 3 garlic clove; 1 red pepper; 1 pepper; 1-2 tbspoil; 1 pkgchicken breast fillets; 1-1.5 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgcream + a splash of water; 2 pkgsweet chili sauce
In addition:: approx. 400 g pasta; 1 tbspoil

Bring water to a boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Rinse and slice the peppers into thin strips.

Cook the pasta about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and toss with a little oil.

Cut the chicken into strips.

Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the chicken and fry, stirring, for about 4–5 minutes.

Add the onion and peppers to the pan. Continue frying for a few more minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Pour in the cream. Rinse the carton with water and add it as well. Season the sauce with sweet chili sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Sega pasta kastme hulka või serveeri eraldi. Vajadusel lisa pasta keeduvett.
