- Oven baked pasta:
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 pkgcream
- 1 dlwater
- 2 pkgsmoky chicken thighs
- 1 pkgcherry tomatoes
- 1 pkggrated cheese
- 1 pkgpasta
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Chop the smoky chicken and cherry tomatoes. Peel and mince the garlic (or use a garlic press).
- 2When the water is boiling, season with salt and add the pasta. Cook for 7-9 minutes until the pasta is done. Then drain and reserve about 100 ml of the pasta cooking water for the sauce.
- 3Heat a drop of oil in a pan and add the garlic. Fry lightly and then add the coffee cream.
- 4Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has become a little creamier. Add the pasta cooking water. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5Mix together the sauce, half a pack of cheese, cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes and smoked chicken. Place the mixture in a baking dish and cover with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
- 6Serve the baked pasta on plates. Enjoy!
