Grate the garlic.

Heat a pan and add a little oil. Then add the croutons and garlic, and heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the romaine lettuce into thin, bite-sized strips. In a large bowl, mix the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan. Leave a little Parmesan aside to sprinkle on top when serving.

Chop the tomato into bite-sized pieces.

For serving, place the dressed romaine lettuce at the bottom of the bowl, then add the tomato cubes, croutons, and shrimp, and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
