Shrimp pasta in tomatio cream sauce

Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomato into small cubes.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 7-9 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic over medium heat until the onion has become translucent.

Then add the tomato paste to the pan and heat through, stirring, until the tomato paste becomes aromatic.

Add the cream to the pan a little at a time, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking together and 100 ml of water.

Then add the melted cheese and shrimp and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the prepared spaghetti to the sauce and mix through. Serve the tomato seafood pasta on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
