- Sauce:
- 1 pkgcream
- 1 pkgprocessed cheese
- 2 tomato
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 4 pkgshrimp
- 2 pkgtomato paste
- 1.5 dlwater
- In addition:
- 1 pkgspaghetti
- 2 pkgpasta cheese
If the sauce seems thick, add more water.
- 1Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- 2Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 7-9 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 3Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic over medium heat until the onion has become translucent.
- 4Then add the tomato paste to the pan and heat through, stirring, until the tomato paste becomes aromatic.
- 5Add the cream to the pan a little at a time, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking together and 100 ml of water.
- 6Then add the melted cheese and shrimp and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 7Add the prepared spaghetti to the sauce and mix through. Serve the tomato seafood pasta on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Enjoy!
