- Pasta:
- 1 red onion
- 3 garlic clove
- 3 tomato
- 1 pkgkale
- 2 tbspoil
- 1 pkgraw sausages
- 1 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 pkgpaprika powder
- 1 pkgdried herb mix
- 1 tbspwine vinegar
- 1 pkgcrushed tomatoes + 2 dl water
- In addition:
- 1 pkgpasta
- 1 tbspoil
- 2 pkgpasta cheese
Serve the cooked pasta and sauce separately.
- 1Bring water to a boil for the pasta.
- 2Peel and finely chop the red onion and garlic. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Rinse the kale, remove the tough stems, and slice the leaves into thin strips.
- 3Cook the pasta in salted water about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and mix in a little oil.
- 4Cut the sausages into pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the sausages and fry, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Add the onions, cherry tomatoes, and kale to the pan. Continue frying for a few minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, dried herbs and white wine vinegar.
- 6Pour in the crushed tomatoes, rinse the can with water, and add that as well. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5–8 minutes.
- 7Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce.
- 8Serve the sausage pasta with grated cheese.
