Made from fresh sausage, this delicious pasta comes together quickly. Hearty kale adds substance to the tomato-based sauce, while dried herbs bring out its rich flavor.

Pasta:: 1 red onion; 3 garlic clove; 3 tomato; 1 pkgkale; 1-2 tbspoil; 1 pkgraw sausages; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgpaprika powder; 1 pkgdried herb mix; 1 tbspwine vinegar; 1 pkgcrushed tomatoes + 2 dl water
In addition:: 1 pkgca 400g of pasta; 1 tbspoil; 2 pkgpasta cheese

Serve the cooked pasta and sauce separately.

Bring water to a boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the red onion and garlic. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Rinse the kale, remove the tough stems, and slice the leaves into thin strips.

Cook the pasta in salted water about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and mix in a little oil.

Cut the sausages into pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the sausages and fry, stirring, for about 5-7 minutes.

Add the onions, cherry tomatoes, and kale to the pan. Continue frying for a few minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, dried herbs and white wine vinegar.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes, rinse the can with water, and add that as well. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5–8 minutes.

Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce.

Serve the sausage pasta with grated cheese.
