Pork:: 1 onion; 2 garlic clove; 1 pkgmushrooms; 1 pkgpork sirloin; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 tbspoil; 2 tbspbutter; 1 pkgdried rosemary; 2 tbspsoya sauce; 1 pkgdijon mustard; 1 pkgcream + splash of water

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Rinse, dry, and slice the mushrooms.

Trim the pork loin by removing the silvery membrane, then cut into steaks about 1–1.5 cm thick. Flatten them slightly and season with salt and black pepper.

Bring water to a boil for the rice and cook the rice about 10-15 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with oil and butter. Add the pork steaks and fry for about 2–3 minutes per side. Transfer the cooked steaks onto a plate to rest.

Reheat the same pan, add a little oil, then sauté the onions and mushrooms for about 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with dried rosemary, soy sauce and mustard.

Pour in the cream, rinse the carton with a little water, and add that to the pan as well. Return the steaks to the pan. Bring to a simmer and cook gently for about 5 minutes.
