Tip

You can also cook the patties in the oven at the same time as the potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges directly onto the tray. Season with salt, black pepper, oil, and dried rosemary. Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for about 25–30 minutes.

With hands moistened with oil, shape patties from the ground meat mix.

Peel and slice the onions into rings or half-rings.

Heat a frying pan with butter and oil. Add the onions and fry, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and sugar. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the sugar caramelizes and the onions take on a bit of color. Leave the onions to simmer on low heat.

Rinse and tear the salad into a bowl. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.

Measure the salad dressing ingredients into a glass: white wine vinegar, oil, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well and pour over the salad.
