Root vegetables:: 2 parsnip; 4 carrot; 1 pkgpotatoes; 2 garlic clove; 1.5 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 pkgdried rosemary; 1 pkghoney; 2 tbspoil
Steaks:: 2 pkgbeef steaks; 1 tspsalt; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 2 tbspoil; 2 tbspbutter
Sauce:: 1 pkgcream; 1 pkgdijon mustard; 0.5 tspblack pepper; 1 tbspsoya sauce

Tip

Wash and chop the root vegetables into cold water and place them in the refrigerator already the day before.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Wash the parsnips, potatoes and carrots thoroughly. Dry and chop them onto the tray. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and add them in. Season with salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, honey, and oil. Place the root vegetables in the oven and roast for about 30–40 minutes, or until tender.

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and cut into steaks. Season with salt and black pepper.

Heat a frying pan with oil and butter. Add the steaks to the pan and fry the steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the steaks onto a plate under foil to rest.

Pour the cooking cream into the same pan, rinse the container with water, and add that water as well. Season the sauce with Dijon mustard, black pepper and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 3–5 minutes.

Serve the beef steaks with cream sauce and roasted vegetables.
