Potatoes:: 1 pkgpotatoes; 3 carrot; 1 tspsalt; 2 tbspbutter
Patties:: 0.5 tbspoil for shaping the patties; 1 pkgmeat mixture
Sauce:: 1 onion; 1 pkgmushrooms; 2 tbspbutter; a pinch of salt; a pinch of black pepper; 1 pkgdried thyme; 1 pkgcream + splash of water; 1 pkgdijon mustard; 1 tbspsoya sauce

Fry the patties in two batches.

Bring water to a boil for the potatoes and carrots. Peel, rinse, and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil in salted water until tender.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse, dry, and cut the mushrooms into wedges. Finely chop the thyme.

With lightly oiled hands, shape patties from the ground pork and beef mixture.

Heat a frying pan. Add the patties to the pan and fry for about 4–5 minutes on each side. Remove the patties from the pan.

Reheat the same pan and add some butter. Add the onions and mushrooms to the pan. Fry while stirring for about 3–4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper and thyme.

Pour cream into the pan, rinse the carton with water, and add that to the pan as well. Season with mustard and soy sauce. Return the patties to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the patties are fully cooked.

Drain the cooked potatoes and carrots well. Mix butter into the potatoes and carrots. Add salt if needed.

Serve the ground meat patties with the sauce, potatoes, and carrots.
