- 1 chili
- 1 pkgchicken breast fillets
- 1 pkgmushrooms
- 1 pkgpak choi
- 1 pkggaram masala
- 1 pkgcorn
- 4 tbspolive oil
- In addition:
- 1 pkgnoodles
- 1Chop the bok choy, chilli, chicken and mushrooms.
- 2Place two separate pots on the fire, put 3 l of water in the first pot - boil the noodles there - the noodles cook for about 3-5 minutes and then need to be rinsed in cold water. Add 1 l of water, chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and white miso to the second pot, let it boil and taste. If you feel that the broth is too strong, add water, but if it is too thin, boil the liquid for 5 minutes longer.
- 3Heat 4 tsp of olive oil in a pan. Place the chopped chicken in a hot pan and roast until the chicken is slightly golden. Add the mushrooms and garam masala spice mixture and mix everything evenly. Add the bok choy and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Make sure that the chicken is cooked - this takes an average of 5-7 minutes.
- 4Place the drained noodles in a bowl.
- 5Add the toppings one after the other: mushrooms, chicken, corn, chili and bok choy.
- 6Pour the hot broth into a bowl and travel to Japan in your mind! Enjoy!
