- Pasta:
- 2 pkgraw sausages
- 4 tomato
- 2 pkgpasta cheese
- 1 chili
- 1 pkgbasil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbspolive oil
- 1 dlwater
- In addition:
- 1 pkgca 400g of pasta
- 1Bring a pot of water to a boil and season with salt. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 8-12 minutes. Drain, but reserve a glass of the pasta cooking water.
- 2Cut the sausages into quarters. Dice the tomatoes. Chop the basil and chilli.
- 3Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage pieces over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until the sausages are golden.
- 4Add the tomato and chilli to the pan. Then fry for another 2-3 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and the tomato has softened.
- 5Add the pasta, basil and parmesan to the pan. Heat through and add a few spoonfuls of the pasta cooking water if necessary to achieve a creamier consistency. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
- 6Divide the pasta between plates and serve. Garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
