Tomato Chicken Pasta with Olives & Parmesan Cheese

Bring water to a boil for the pasta.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Drain the olives and cut them into 3 pieces.

Cut the chicken into strips.

Cook the pasta about 8-10 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with some oil. Add the chicken and fry, turning, for about 4–5 minutes.

Add the onions and olives to the pan and continue frying for a few minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, dried herb mix, and tomato paste.

Pour in the crushed tomatoes, rinse the can with water, and add the water to the pan as well. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 3–5 minutes.

Serve the chicken pasta with pasta cheese.
