- In the oven:
- 1 broccoli
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 pkgcurry powder
- 1 pkgpaprika powder
- 7 tbspbutter
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- Salmon:
- 1 pkgsalmon
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbspoil
- Sauce:
- 3 onion
- 1 pkgcream
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Peel the woody part of the broccoli and slice it. Then mix them together with about 100 g of room temperature butter or olive oil, paprika spice mix and curry. Season with salt.
- 2Place the broccoli and cauliflower in the oven to cook for 40 minutes.
- 3Peel and slice the onions thinly.
- 4Heat a pan over medium heat, add the oil and onions. Heat for 5-7 minutes until the onions are cooked and golden. Then add the coffee cream and cook over low heat until the sauce is nicely creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5For the fish, heat the oil in a pan. Season the fish with salt and pepper and place the fish in the pan skin side down. Cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes and then turn the fish over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
- 6Serve the oven-baked cauliflower and broccoli mixture with fried fish fillet and creamy onion sauce. Enjoy!
