- Salad:
- 1 pkgpotatoes
- 1 pkgSun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pkgcapers
- 2 pkgmozzarella
- 2 pkgdijon mustard
- 4 pkghoney
- 2 tbspwine vinegar
- 10 pkgheinz bbq sauce 25g
- 4 garlic clove
- 2 red onion
- 1Peel and cut the potatoes (you will need 800g potatoes) into bite-sized pieces. Boil in salted water until soft.
- 2Chop the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, capers and red onion.
- 3Mix together the marinade: To do this, mix together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, BBQ sauce, chopped garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
- 4Next, take the hot, soft-boiled potatoes and the marinade and mix together.
- 5Serve the potatoes with shredded mozzarella, chopped onion and capers. Enjoy!
