- Green peas:

- 1Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). In a bowl, mix together a marinade of soy sauce, honey and mustard and place the fish fillets in the marinade. Lay the marinated fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–17 minutes. The fish is ready when it’s light pink and flakes easily with a fork.
- 2Prepare the mashed potatoes: Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, and place them in cold water to boil. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until soft. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. In a separate small pot, warm the cream, but don’t let it boil. Mash the potatoes using a masher or fork, gradually adding the warm cream. If you like, add a small knob of butter. Continue mixing and mashing until you reach the desired consistency. Taste and season with salt as needed.
- 3Prepare the green beans: Heat a little oil in a pan. Peel and slice the garlic. Trim the ends off the green beans and sauté them, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes, until slightly browned. Then add 1 teaspoon of butter and the sliced garlic. Cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4Serve the fish fillet with mashed potatoes and green beans. Enjoy your meal!
